This is the privacy policy for pennies.therobmoore.com, run by Profit Increasers, LLC ("I," "me," or "my"). I've written it in plain English, because you should be able to tell what happens to your information without a law degree.
The short version: I collect your name and email so I can send you what you asked for. I don't sell your information, and I never share it with anyone except the companies that help me run this business. You can leave my list any time.
What I collect
Your name and email address, when you sign up for my free email course.
Your order information, if you buy something: your name, email, what you bought, and the date. Payments are handled by my checkout provider. I can see that a payment was made, but I never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, like your general location, device type, and which pages you visited. My website platform collects this to keep the site running and secure.
Nothing else. I don't ask for your phone number, your address, or your income, and my forms have no hidden fields.
Why I collect it
To send you the free 7-day email course you signed up for.
To send you my other emails about tax lien and tax deed investing, and about my products. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
To deliver what you bought and to handle refunds.
To answer you when you email me.
To keep the website working and to block spam signups.
Who else sees it
I use a few companies to run this business, and they see only what they need to do their job:
Mastermind.com, which runs my website pages, my email list, and my checkout.
My payment processor, which handles the card details when you buy. They have their own privacy policy covering your payment information.
Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a form was filled in by a person and not a bot.
I do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. I don't hand it to any other marketer. The only other time I'd share it is if the law required it, for example a valid legal request.
Cookies
My website platform uses cookies, which are small files your browser stores. They keep the pages working and remember basic things about your visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the pages will still work, though some things may behave oddly.
Your choices
Unsubscribe any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list.
Ask me what I have. Email me and I'll tell you what information I have about you.
Ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll delete it, unless I'm required to keep a record of a purchase.
Ask me to correct it. Email me and I'll fix it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Email me and I'll honor them.
How long I keep it
I keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. I keep purchase records longer, because I have to for taxes and accounting.
Security
Your information sits inside the platforms named above, which use standard protections. No website is perfectly secure, so I won't promise the impossible. I'll say this plainly: I don't keep your payment details, which is the most sensitive thing you'd ever hand over here.
Children
This business is for adults. It isn't for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child gave me their information, email me and I'll delete it.
Changes
If I change how any of this works, I'll update this page and change the date at the top.
