What I sell, and what it is
I teach how tax lien and tax deed sales work, through ebooks, emails, videos, and, later, courses and a paid community. Everything I sell is education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and I'm not a lawyer, accountant, or financial advisor. Tax sale rules are different in every state and county and they change, so confirm the current rules with the county and talk to a qualified professional about your own situation before you buy anything.

I can't and don't guarantee that you'll make money. Tax lien and tax deed investing involves real risk, and you can lose some or all of what you put into a property.
